The clever design can be worn buttoned down the front, or can close in the back to create two different looks. It can also be made completely reversible for two looks in one. It has a shaped yoke for the bodice, and fastens across the shoulders with straps. The yoke is fully lined and can be made from matching or contrasting fabric. There are three variations for the full skirt. View A has a frilly ruffle and View B has a patch pocket as well as a more tailored band that can be embellished with rick rack. View C is a completely reversible construction and can be made in two contrasting fabrics. Instructions and a template are given for an easy technique for creating a closure with buttonholes or Velcro®. The hat is completely reversible, and directions are included for creating the removable flower embellishment as well as trimming the hat with rick rack. Mix-it, match it, switch it around - no matter how your doll wears it she is sure to have “Fun in the Sun.” The tee shirt pattern is available from Janie Carroll Designs and can be found here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/226601954/ezy-t-great-lengths-t-shirt-or-t-dress Supplies: All Views Main Fabric - 1/3 yard cotton fabric Contrast 1/3 yard cotton fabric Notions: One package rick rack (size medium) View B and View C Two 5/8” decorative buttons (Straps) One 5/8” button (hat embellishment) 1-1/4 yard decorative trim (View C) Heavy Interfacing 1/4 yard (hat) 1/2” X 16” scrap of light weight fusible interfacing (if using button closures) Four 3/8” buttons (if using button closures) 7” of 3/8” wide Ultra-Thin Velcro® 1 large safety pin (hat embellishment) Pattern Guidebook Details: This is a beautifully illustrated doll clothes pattern that you digitally download as a pdf file so you can start sewing your new doll dress immediately.
